My name is Carol Megan (Witt). This is my 28th year in the business of special education.  The first 25 years were devoted to the Dodgeland School District in Southeastern Wisconsin.  Three years ago, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to begin serving the Chequamegon School District as an elementary and middle school multi-categorical teacher in my hometown of Glidden.  At the Glidden campus, we call our corner of the building "The Eagle Hub,"  where we provide a variety of services designed to help our students achieve their highest potential, aiming for an optimum and individualized degree of regular education inclusion.  I collaborate closely with two other special education teachers, Mrs. Kayla Schutte and Mrs. Jodi Grendys, along with a team of highly skilled para-professionals .  Please view our weebly page.

On a more personal note, I am married and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.  My hobbies include  camping, sewing, and volunteering at living history events. I enjoy living and working in the community where my ancestors settled in the 1880's. It is good to be home.
