Welcome to the Chequamegon School District:  

The 2023-2024 school year is now here and in the Chequamegon School District, we fully commit to our vision to Educate, Inspire, and Empower Lifelong Learners.

The District has much to be proud of and to celebrate.   Low teacher-to-student ratio, a wide variety of classes taught both on campus and virtually, innovative and cutting-edge reading and math curriculums.  Opportunities await our students in the arts, both performing and visual.  Our students also have the ability to participate in after-school programming that includes athletics and many other activities.  We also offer a unique charter school (Class ACT) experience for high school students that utilizes a  project-based learning approach. 

In the communities of Park Falls (pre-K through grade 5 and grades 9-12) and Glidden (pre-K through 3 and grades 6-8), the District maintains modern facilities with state-of-the-art technology. Chequamegon School District is equipped to provide all students with a high-quality education.  Our students also make use of our rich natural environment in our multiple school forest properties.  Furthermore, the District maintains a close relationship with Northcentral Technical College in order to provide our high school students with dual-credit and other post-secondary opportunities.  

We value that our children and staff form very close relationships, which ensures that Chequamegon students receive the individual attention necessary to ensure their success. Our staff is committed to increasing their own knowledge about best practices in their content area and teaching delivery in order to deliver a guaranteed and viable curriculum through data-driven intervention. With this commitment, we strive that our students will learn at the highest level and with high expectations of themselves.
