More Information (Directions)

We are excited for the opportunity to welcome and begin building relationships with our incoming 6th grade students and families.  Our Chequamegon Middle School staff have planned an orientation night to help ease the uncertainties your family may be feeling about the transition into middle school.  This orientation will take place on Wednesday, August 21, at 6:30 p.m., at the Glidden Campus.  During that time, students will meet some of their teachers, enjoy a snack, and learn other important information about our middle school.  These orientation activities have been designed to answer questions, provide information, smooth the transition, and get students excited to come to Chequamegon Middle School.

For those needing transportation, the shuttle bus is available for students and parents/guardians, and will begin boarding at the front of the main entrance of the Park Falls Campus at 6:10 p.m.  6th grade students are encouraged to ride the bus to Glidden even if their parents choose to drive themselves. Glidden area students and parents should go directly to the Glidden Campus at 6:30 p.m.  The orientation will last until 7:15 p.m. at which time the shuttle bus will travel back to Park Falls Campus arriving at approximately 7:35 p.m.
